The Reason Weight Loss Is Harder For Women

It sounds so unfair for women but it’s true. This only means that women have to exercise more and watch what they eat even more. But what exactly makes women find it harder to lose weight?
Doctors say that men have larger hearts, lungs and higher proportion of metabolism, this means that the rate at which fats are broken down is higher in men than women. Women also have a less body mass since they have less muscle. Muscle is responsible for breaking down this fat and this only means one thing in women, the obvious.
Natural emotional differences also affect women greatly since they are more emotional eaters than men. Stress is said to be a factor that leads to fat accumulation in the body since most people resort to eating with intentions of having food calm them down, and very few eat wise during such moments.
